The Future

A friend of mine, Jessica Hawks, posted on her Face Book wall, "...if someone told you they were from the future, what would it take to make you believe them?"

Frankly, I don't know what I could ask that would convince me that the person was from the future.

I am currently working on a story that's set in the future and I believe it's a path that could happen therefore I'm not going to call it sci-fi. Still, the whole of the story is in the future. Now that my friend has asked me this question, I wonder if I should have a visitor come from the future to our current time...but what could he or she say to make us believe this is a visitor from the future and not just some quack.

Discuss politics? Anyone can make stuff up.
Technology? It would have to be really good stuff and even then, we might think it's been leaked from the Apple lab.
Medical breakthroughs? It depends. I mean, if the person looks like they're 200 years old but can still do the hula hoop, that might be convincing, but wouldn't plastic surgery also be available in the future?

I can't believe that such a question stumps. I thought I had an answer for most of these things, but this time I'm stuck.
