Arrived in San Diego-now what?

Sunday through today I have spent my time settling in when I am not resting. This is a necessary evil, but time consuming. Still, I am happy! I am mostly free of headaches (minus a few scattered ones), am not exhausted, and except for one particular hour one day, I no longer suffer from nausea! What a glorious life being able to live again! Yesterday I was able to visit the library for the first time since arriving to the United States on November 1st and just the smell excited me. So many books to choose from, so many things to learn!
